Letter to Stakeholders
“We believe that growth and responsibility must go hand in hand. This means driving change with ambition and a long-term vision, continuously investing in people, skills, and innovation.”
Roberto Di Fonzo, CEO of Flutter SEA
The combination of three iconic brands driving the evolution of gaming
Flutter SEA is one of the regions that make up the International Division of Flutter Entertainment, the world’s largest sports betting and iGaming business based on revenue, listed on the New York and London Stock Exchanges. Established in January 2025, the SEA region drives Flutter’s growth strategy in the key markets of Southern Europe and Africa through a multi-brand, multi-country presence, with a workforce of around 5,000 people.
In Italy, Flutter SEA operates under the Sisal, Snai, and PokerStars brands through a wide range of products: lotteries, betting and gaming, both online and retail. In Morocco offers a range of lottery and betting products (online and retail), while in Türkiye its focus is on lotteries (online and retail). Since January 2026, the SEA region has also been active in France, Spain and Portugal under the PokerStars brand.
To support the business, Flutter SEA has operational and technology development hubs in Tirana, Istanbul, Naples and Palermo. Following the acquisition of Snai, the Snai San Siro Racecourse in Milan and the Snai Sesana Racecourse in Montecatini Terme have also become strategic real estate assets.

Flutter Group's sustainability strategy
The Positive Impact Plan, launched in 2022, is the programme through which Flutter sets out its long-term commitment to sustainability. This is a strategic framework that guides the decisions, priorities, and activities of all companies within the Group. The Plan was created with the aim of setting the standard for sustainability in our sector, by promoting a sustainable growth model that generates long-term value for people, communities, and the environment.
The Positive Impact Plan consists of four strategic pillars that identify the Group’s key areas of impact. In line with this Plan, Flutter SEA has defined its own sustainability objectives and actions, making an integrated contribution to Flutter Entertainment’s overall strategy.

Highlights 2025
Responsible Gaming lies at the heart of our sustainability strategy. We are committed to promoting a positive gaming experience. Through our Responsible Gaming programme, we take a proactive approach to promoting responsible gaming behaviour, enhancing player safety and offering support in the event of difficulties. The programme is rolled out across all the countries in which we operate, actively involving local teams and adapting it to the different regulatory and cultural contexts.
We are committed to creating a working environment where everyone feels valued, represented and free to realise their full potential. Development, wellbeing and inclusion are cross-cutting drivers for fostering innovation, sustainability and shared growth. We invest in physical and mental health, safety, and the creation of an accessible and welcoming working environment open to all forms of diversity. This is why we adopt processes based on data and active listening, with the aim of attracting and nurturing the best talent while reflecting the diversity of the communities in which we operate.
We are committed to creating value and making a positive, lasting impact on the communities in which we operate, contributing to their development and collective wellbeing. We encourage our colleagues to get actively involved through volunteering activities, recognising and rewarding initiative, dedication and creativity. We collaborate with established and reliable nonprofit organisations to take prompt action to provide assistance to affected communities and individuals in the event of disasters and emergencies.
We are committed to progressively reducing the environmental impact of our operations by addressing emissions, energy consumption and the use of natural resources, and by involving retailers and suppliers in a shared sustainability initiative. In 2025, we defined and launched a Decarbonisation Plan aimed at systematically reducing greenhouse gas emissions across the entire value chain, in line with Flutter’s net zero target and leading international standards. The Plan translates climate targets into practical and measurable actions.
We believe that innovation is a strategic driver for supporting business growth and generating sustainable value over the long term. We invest in the development of technological solutions and advanced models to improve our products, processes and customer experience. We promote an ecosystem that welcomes innovation, collaborating with universities, research centres and startups to develop new ideas, accelerate the adoption of emerging technologies and foster the identification and incubation of high-potential projects. We engage our people and partners in a continuous process of development, combining innovation with our corporate culture to tackle challenges and seize new opportunities for growth.
We operate in accordance with the principles of integrity, transparency and accountability, promoting a business model that is ethical and compliant with the regulations of the countries in which we operate. We ensure compliance with high standards through policies, controls and management systems that steer all of our day-to-day activities. We have adopted the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework as our integrated corporate risk management system, in accordance with the guidelines issued by CoSO. We also engage our people and partners in fostering a culture of ethics and compliance, promoting responsible behaviour at all levels of the organisation.
